Learn MoreOne of the key features of Rocky® Alpha Force Waterproof Composite Toe Public Service Boots is the non-metallic composite toe cap. These meet the highest ASTM F2413 Protective Toe footwear standards for Impact and Compression resistance. An additional feature of these public service boots is Rocky Waterproof construction. It combines a waterproof inner layer with the upper providing a barrier that helps keep water out and feet dry. The boots have a contoured removable polyurethane cushion insole providing direct underfoot cushion comfort. Some open-celled foams feel comfortable to the initial touch, but tend to break down faster than a product made with polyurethane. Plus, these insoles are extra thick in the heel contact area. This provides additional underfoot comfort. In addition to meeting Impact and Compression standards, this style complies with Electrical Hazard standards. This type of work boot is made with insulating bottoms providing secondary electrical hazard protection to those dealing with open circuits under dry conditions, but also can be worn in work areas requiring only basic protective toe work boots.

great law enforcement duty boot
One of many folks in law enforcement who swear by these boots, especially patrol. They hold up really well to everything you run into out there. The weight takes a few days to get used to if you normally wear lighter boots but these hold up much better over time. Well worth the investment, great product!

Rocky my feet will not let me wear anything else
I work at a highly industrious job where protecting you feet is a must also working outside they have to be waterproof. i go thru metal detectors(body scanners) daily so the composite toes are a must or you gotta take your shoes off at the scanner & put them in the gray tubs (big pain). I haven't wore any other work boot since i picked up a pair of Rocky Alpha Force Composite Toe waterproof public service boot. I must have ordered roughly 8 pairs to date. Disappointed
I bought these a few months back. Something changed i can no longer wear them. i think i had about a week worth of use i am very disappointed. i have been buying this style of boot for years with no issues. I have 6 pairs on hand and none of them ever never gave me any issue. i will never purchase these again. I don't ever give a review unless it is warranted. This was warranted. Very Impressed
I bought these for work but they r so comfortable I've been wearing for walking the dog as well. Good for the whole day and they r light which I appreciate. I've never had any issue with wet feet as the water proofness (?) Is excellent. Had them for over a year and I'm quite happy with the durability. Overall I'm quite impressed - exactly what I wanted. Looking to buy the jump boot next for warmer weather

Fantastic boot
I’m am a firefighter and these are the best boots I have ever had. I am not nice to them and don’t treat them well at all. With that being said they hold up better than any other boots I have tried to use. I wear they every day at work and they are comfortable right out of the box and last for years which is impressive for what I put them through at work. I am on my 2nd pair in 7 years of service.
