Was given wrong size. When I went back to get right size, salesman insisted there was only one size. I told him no, there was more than one size and presented him with an original screw to the toilet base. He begrudgingly looked again and found the right size. Lowe's of Lebanon MO either has a hard time keeping good help because people get fed up with poor mgmt, or the top mgr likes firing people. ALWAYS new people whenever I go there.
