Packaging could improve

Would Not Recommend

I found the packaging has some flaws. I've bought these multiple times I had to go back into the store after curbside pickup to exchange. The windows are obviously not handled with care causing flange damage. I believe improved packaging and protection would reduce the recurring damage. Use caution when shimming as these flex a lot.

Good quality window at a good price. Availability is the issue, had to call the actual manufacturer to find out lead time for 12 windows, Lowe’s could not tell me how long it would take to get them. It would also be nice to have a sample on display.

I purchased these windows for a new construction project. I am a licensed contractor. Shortly after install they developed a film between the insulated glass. I went to the store I purchased from to file a warranty claim. I was told Lowes no longer handles this in store and I would need to file a claim with Atrium through an online portal. (Sounds great right) Well did that, month goes by no contact, Go back to the store for a phone number or something to check on my claim. Nope got to request i...

Great quality budget window! This was a huge upgrade to our 1960s home. Even though it’s a new construction window, our contractor was able to cut off the tabs and use it as a perfect replacement window. My wife loves how this looks and I like that our energy bill is much lower!

The windows are well built and easy to install. I’ve installed 9 in my son’s house as replacement windows in an older home. Excellent UV and sound protection. The removable lower sash and removable screen makes the installation easier and lighter if the installation is done by a single person.
