poor quality connectors
As someone new to yard irrigation, I spent no less than three hours trying to get a good seal between this device, my house spigot, and my drip irrigation system. Swapped out washers, cleaned the spigot, mastered teflon tape threading, watched countless YouTube troubleshooting videos, added a connector hose to alleviate weight, tried connecting to a different spigot with a tighter backflow preventer, and still couldn't stop the substantial leaking through the back of the device, into the battery...
