Water doesn't stay as cold
Water doesn't stay as cold or coffee as hot as long as I thought it would. After a couple of hours, coffee is warm but not hot.

Color is beautiful, however - the glue used to wrap the RTIC label around the mug is extremely difficult to remove. I now have a sticky residue on the side of the mug that I cannot remove. I have tried Goo Gone, dawn detergent, and other removers- I wish I could get this removed so I could enjoy this mug!

No matter how I tried to screw on cap mouthpiece ends up over handle. Didn't keep drink warm very long either.

Great coffee cup
Coffee stays hot for hours if you keep the lid closed! Fits nicely in any cup holder and the handle is perfect for carrying cup while holding other things.

Just the right size for so many beverages. The cups keep hot things hot and cold things cold. So easy to wash and the cups do not retain coffee odors.

Defective.
I purchased six of these travel coffee mugs for gifts. The label they put on these mugs stuck to the paint. I cannot get the label off the cup. It is stuck in the paint. I even soaked them in water. I tried using Goo-Gone and WD-40 to get the glue off. Nothing is working without damaging the paint.
