Plastic crank handle broke after less than three years. Since it's not damage incurred during delivery, I would have to pay RSI for the parts through some shady email or phone process. As for other sources, parts are not available. I could pay them for another cheap plastic crank, but it's just going to break too, and the tumbler is useless without the crank. It's going to the curb, money wasted, will not buy RSI products again. 2 stars because the rest of the unit is ok.

This thing works great. Easy to load and access for planting. Spinning takes the work out of mixing!

Good product- Issue with Handle
Great Product with a small hiccup. Overall the product is well design and easy to use once assembled. The hiccup is that the handle (plastic) is shipped with the legs (metal) causing deformity or broken handles. We got a 2nd shipment after the 1st was broken and were able to fix the deformity with a heat gun so we wouldn't have to return it a 2nd time.

Some plastic parts can/will break in transit.
My Lowes order was the second time I purchased this tumbler (first order was from another vendor). In both cases the plastic crank cover was broken during shipment due to being packed near the metal legs.
