Good cleaner
Did its job removing algae from wall painted with romabio masonry flat paint. Area cleaned was where AC condensation lines created build up. Took a couple applications but build up was fairly thick. Happy to find this product as I was worried about stripping or damaging the paint with harsher cleaners.

I applied it like a treatment and let it soak into the invected areas. It completely killed the algae all the way to the root!

Not effective
Romabio told me this was the only approved cleaner for their paints so it’s our only option for cleaning our gutters and painted brick. It did not do anything. We have a few places under our windows that have a SMALL amount of mildew and it didn’t remove any of it.

Takes too long to work, but eventually does
Seems to work, but required multiple applications to remove the algae from the brick ledge. Unfortunately this product has to sit on for 48 hours and then be hosed off, so you need to plan accordingly for the project timeline, and ensure there is no rain in the forecast.
