I ordered two of these on 9/27. I received one within a week. I contacted Lowe’s who informed the shipper. On 10/16 I received a package from Rocket. Unfortunately the packaging tube was open and empty. I left my number with customer service yesterday. I’m glad I ordered these a month early but I’m inclined to return them at this point.

Since this product description is so vague, I have to ask this question. Is this actually a self closing / soft close door track? I have the Rocket met door frame. I need a self closing roller that will work specifically with it.
