I have 14 inch and 24 inch aluminium wrenches. Used every day for water wells and drilling. one 24 inch handle broke after 4 years. rigid sent a new one. will be recommending to others.

Soild build

Bought about a month ago. I do hvac and while working on gas pipe I need a sturdy tool to get the job done. The ridged pipe wrench I bought can break up the tightest pipe with very minimal effort. The weight is quite light and makes my bag much lighter than my previous version rigid pipe wrench. 5/5 if this thing ever breaks I’ll be buying another one.

The best

I have been in the plumbing trade for 25 + years and haven't found any pipe wrench that beats a rigid. They simply seem to bite on impact. I've used others that slip or twist to one side or the other when appling pressure. I've got a couple of aluminum 14" and 12" that are indispensable on the job site. They are in my book the best.

Used to be the best

Rigid changed the handles. There is more material at the jaws which doesn't help in tight locations. Also the handle edges aren't as rounded on the edges and are not comfortable in the hand. When you use them all day long 5 days a week these changes are a big deal. I don't like them and neither does any of our crew.

Best wrenches out there!

I have 3 different size wrenches, all aluminum and they always work great! They never slip and they always grab even when the teeth are full of dirt and debris. Well worth the money and they will always be in my truck no matter what!

Light weight

Don’t let the weight fool ya. I use these on job above and below water. Light weight is a must when you are a couple hundred feet below the surface.

Was a little skeptical considering how light the aluminum wrench is but it works like a charm and I don’t feel like I am carrying around a dumbbell all day.
