Door was delaminated at the bottom right corner. It was not noticed until door was hung and painted. I was first told by Lowe's that they could offer me a gift card for 10% of the cost of the door. I was not okay with that, so they offered me a $50 gift card. I asked if that was the best they could do, then they offered me a $60 gift card and said that's all they could do. Reliabilt's customer service SUCKS. They do not respond. I will never buy this brand again. Lowe's sucks too.

I placed the order on line where the photo did not show hardware holes for the locks. I picked up the product and the holes are already there. Thank you so much for that! I relocated the strike plates and Done! Don't forget to get the bottom jam insulation sweep. The store associates were wonderful. ¡Gracious!
