very good solution to locking the basement.
I bought this combination lock hasp to secure food supplies under the house in a walk-in basement. While we are home most days and enter this storeroom several times each day this lock system is very convenient as it does not need to be lock to secure the door. simply leave it with the combination unchanged and the locking knob can be closed to secure the door is closed but no need to enter the combination-- only turn the knob back to open. we love it.

Perfect lock
I needed a solid, attractive combination lock for a bifold door that wasn’t too pricey. This lock fit the bill. It was very easy to install, only took about 10 minutes and it was $15.00. It works well, smooth metal, attractive, perfect answer to what I was looking for.

Small but decent quality
Installed one on a shed in a low-risk area. It's supposed to be okay outdoors, and I don't see why not. It looks good and works fine. We mostly just needed something to hold the door shut. As for security, keep in mind that it's pretty light. A 3-digit combination can also be opened by anyone in about 10 minutes by trying all the combinations. I'd love to have a 4-digit version that's beefier.

I really liked how easy this lock hasp was to install and set up. The build quality feels strong and durable, especially for the price point. The combination dial works smoothly and eliminates the hassle of carrying around another key. I also appreciate the sleek black finish, which looks great on my shed door and seems weather resistant. So far, I honestly haven’t found anything I dislike about it.
Chicken Lock
The lock appears to be well made and has most definitely served it's purpose of keeping my 4 year old out of the chicken run. Perfect for my specific use. I can now keep the chickens in and the child out.
