This product was purchased for the installation of a hot water heater. Disappointed with communication about the damaged heater delivered.

I installed 2 of these when starting my renovation as the previous valves were leaking. after getting the copper manifold for the shower and tub all soldered up and installed, i noticed a pinhead leak, probably a gallon a year, after looking at the other valve that was not leaking, there is evidence it was leaking in the same spot but the brass corroded itself sealed.
