5y warranty, easy to use at desk, doesn't fall off

Texture is great, not too hot, easy to adjust and it is perfect for using at desk compared to a different shape, arms are free and it has a lot of open space, and isn't too heavy or hot. If it does get too warm, I just open it up more or just peel off the sides and it can rest on the chair back/sides relatively easy. The downside is disconnecting it and reconnecting it seems to require it to be replugged in which is an annoyance and the connector seems to be 4pin molex so I don't want to disc...

This heated shawl was purchased over three years ago and has been wonderful, particularly on cold winter days in the Northwest. Unfortunately it has experienced a common failure from frequent use so I contacted the Pure Enrichment Customer Support Team to see about getting a warranty repair.
