Very good handheld shower head for the money
The shower head is fine, better than we thought it would be. The hose is stiff and it comes tied up tight so it has some bends in it.

Simply Simplicity
Simplicity - a couple of settings, concentrated water flow, and as a bonus ... if your water source is not up to standard with water pressure, easily remove the 1.8-GPM inhibitor and water pressure increases significantly!

the directions are unclear. the parts, washers and collars are gaskets are cheaply made and split causing the item to leak.

Splits during install
Both connectors (unit to wall pipe, and flexible hose to unit) are plastic, and split when installing as directed, being careful not to over-tighten.
