Missing remote control in box

I purchased this toilet from Lowe’s about a year ago while remodeling my bathroom. Since the remodel wasn’t finished yet, I stored the unopened box in my garage for about two months. After the project was completed, I opened the factory-sealed box for installation and discovered that the remote control was missing. Not worth the money

I would pass on this bidet option. We are on our 2nd one of these due to the first one having to be replaced b/c it wouldn't flush correctly. The replacement toilet does the exact same thing straight out of the box.

Easy to install and love the warm seat especially in the winter

parts list

I would like to know how the get replacement parts list, I bought 2 smart toilets, one gave up within 3 months, 2nd one is looks like going as well, major issues are flushing flow,

One flush flushes 3 toilets

I have my entire house equipped with these toilets . When I flush the upstairs toilet with the remote it flushes all of my upstairs toilets , overall it’s a great product they need to individualize the remotes so the work on one toilet at a time

Water leaking in electronic portion of seat

Purchased in store and went to install that night. Once doing the final connections it appears that water is leaking inside the electronic panel of the seat (not from a hose connection).

Doesn’t work as Described

Poor design and craftsmanship , doesn’t flush automatically and the lid doesn’t open. There are much better options

cracked

sadly, we received the product with what appears to be a defect as the inner bowl was cracked when we opened it. didn't even remove it from the box, ended up having to take it back to lowe's the next day. waiting on refund to process and will try to purchase again. this model isn't kept at the store..so guess we will try one more time and hopefully we don't receive a cracked bowl again.
