Two-Prongs, Not Three!

This would have worked perfectly if it had a spot for a third prong but unfortunately we didn’t notice that until we got home. We didn’t see any options for what we needed.

I don't have a way to plug in outside. I wanted to put up lights for Christmas, and remembered about this socket. Whallah! Plugged it into the porch light fixture.

Bright Idea (2)

Works as advertised. I bought this to screw into the light socket on my garage door opener. I then plugged in a shop light hung from my ceiling. It's now much brighter on that end of my garage.

Too short, doesn't work.

Button contact in center does not reach to the bottom of my light socket in order to make electrical contact. The threads appear to be 3/8" shorter than the standard light bulb that it was supposed to replace. I have an older one of these adapters that is much longer and reaches to the bottom of the socket fine.
