Complete garbage

Out of the box, it made ice, but wouldn't dispense water. Called Primo for support. Was told it was a Lowe's exclusive and Lowe's would have to support. Called Lowe's and they had no idea what I was talking about. Returned. Don't waste your time or money.

This is a must have in every home, I love the built in ice maker. It's very convenient and helped free up space on my counter where the old ice maker use to sit.

Doesnt work most of the time

Rarely works correctly. Will not dispense water most of the time. Returning this product and do not recommend it.

Good Until Just Past Warranty

This unit was good for about a year. However, just past the one-year mark, which is how long the warranty is good for, the ice cubes became non-existent. We discovered the pump is going out and can't push enough water in the tray to make the cubes. For how expensive this unit is, I would expect it to last longer. The only reason we got this unit was for the ice cubes, so it is essentially useless. Very disappointed.

Was great until it wasn’t

We loved this promo for 6 months until is started pouring water out of the ice dispenser. After contacting primo, they started there was nothing they could do to refund/replace/or even troubleshoot because this item is a “Lowes Exclusive”. I was directed from Primo to call Lowe’s for any help or direction. I called Lowe’s and the appliance employee was extremely short and direct and said “30 day return policy no exceptions” and hung up. Very disappointed in both Primo and Lowe’s with their lack...

do not buy this garbage

save yourself your money and buy something else, your dispenser will break, your dispenser will be full of gunk and moldy residue, even if you clean it according to the instructions. one year and a half later and it's just sitting in the garage broken. terrible product, Primo should recall these things just for the moldy water alone.

Does not Work!

Lowes should end their relationship with this vendor. I had 1 that did not even make it 1 year, I had to exchange for a new one which never worked and tried to exchange again and this one also does not work! When calling customer service at Primo they tell you to go to lowes they can not repair or trouble shoot this product. This is a total waste of time and money and make me question to level of quality Lowes allows on their product collaborations. Do not buy! You will regret it!

$600 piece of trash

Purchased about a year and a half ago, randomly this morning it started shooting water out of the ice maker side. Called primo and was told it’s a Lowe’s exclusive and they’ll have to help. Called Lowe’s and was told it’s a primo product so primo has to help. What a waste of $600.
