Sliding Glass Door wheels

I have a 5' wide slider that became nearly impossible to open and close. Very frustrating! I priced having a new door installed as an option and was amazed to see quotes around $1,000!! With the help of a friend, we pulled the Slider off its track, carefully set it down on its side and removed the old track wheels. The bearings were shot, the wheels were pitted and it became obvious why the door was difficult to use. A quick trip to Lowes with a sample in hand provided excellent result...

My sliding door was getting hard to open, like other reviews. My door opens with the touch of a finger now. Recommend pulling the old roller packs and measuring the wheel diameter before heading to Lowes. There are various sizes.

Work Well and easier than replacing a door.

I didn't know if this assembly would work because the wheels were a little taller, but they just barely fit! The finish is a little crude with sharp edges but they work well.

Exactly what I needed!!

Just what the doctor called for. My sliding patio door was getting harder and harder to open. Pulled the old rollers off and went to Lowe’s and low and behold there it was hanging on the isle. Couldn’t believe they had rollers for a 20 year old sliding door. Installed it and now the door rolls with 1 finger.

Pay attention to measurements and details

Was worried about this being the right product for our door. It ended up working perfectly and saved us from. Buying a new door.
