Noisy & cheaply made replacement...
...for the quality product COX 21-717 21-767 (concave). The axle for the nylon wheel on this replacement is NOT ball bearing. However, it did install easily which got the mirrored sliding door operational. I don't know how to describe the GAWDAWFUL noise this replacement makes. It's like finger nails scratching on a blackboard (in the old days when we had blackboards or chalkboards).

THe wheel lacks a bearing which would make the rolling if the door easier.

This product is real easy to install. I was a little discouraged, as the store had only 2 in stock, so now I will have to go back again, as I needed 4. I would think that metal rollers would make sense considering the weight to poor roller assembly carries???
