it’s a decent product and at a reasonable price. when I was first told to pick up at the lockers, I had no idea what that was and I really didn’t understand how to get the product from the locker. Well, the staff at Lowe’s was wonderful. He not only showed me how to retrieve your product but he also opened the box to make sure it was the correct product and no broken parts, I will continue to use Lowes

Very hard item to find, Thank you all for still stocking the lockable storm door replacement handle. Very easy to install.
Poor Delivery
Product delivered open with parts loose in box. Shipping box was securely closed, so a manually opened product was shipped. Both an inconvenience and a disappointment effecting my opinion of the product and Lowe’s.
