These should be called buy something else. Took about 1.45 hrs to start on a chimney. Heat is the same as normal briquettes. What a waste of money and time...

Best Charcoal
These are the best charcoal around. I would not use anything else. You burn hotter with so much less and they burn longer and the best part of is that you can extinguish it and reuse them later again. I can get 3 burns from each one.

Unique and useful, but not flawless
Indeed burns longer, with little ash, and easy cleanup . The fact that it’s pressed sawdust and sustainable is cool. However it doesn’t necessarily burn hotter and Lowe’s doesn’t package it well. When it ships it breaks the charcoal logs apart and the box comes smashed

Reusable charcoal? Yes indeed, once used, extinguish with water, dry out in the sun, and use again.
Waste of money and time
Took forever to even light a tiny bit, after trying multiple recommendations for lighting…but they wouldn’t t stay lit. I even added regular charcoal to help them along. And even after an hour, only the regular charcoal briquettes were lit but these never caught. I returned them!
