Did not work

This review is for the "Preval Spray System," which includes a paint container and feed tube, not listed on the Lowes web site. I purchased at a local Lowes store. I used this product several years ago for small projects, and it worked very well. This time, however, I could not get it to spray paint at all. I tried two different units, no luck. They would not even spray plain water. Don't know what changed, but I'm disappointed.

Once you get the hang of it it actually is very easy Strain paint - that's the key!

Very hard to use and did not convert paint into a spray paint even with following directions of adding water to paint and made a mess

Great Idea - not great results

I diluted the latex paint to a 4:1 ratio in order for it to even work (more than the 3:1 recommended) but it still was a very weak spray. The spray also was not focused and I had to get within 3 inches to get a uniform covering. The residual spray was sufficient to color all surrounging articles so I would not use this indoors.
