great produce, but i need the fine wheel
I bought this about a month ago and it seems that the fine wheel is scarring up the blade. If I use the second wheel it is pretty sharp but I'd like to be able to use the fine wheel. Maybe you guys can replace this one. I had a buddy recommend this to me and his works perfect.

Fine wheel is so out of tune the knives bounce and get scalloped. Certainly not using this again.

I have enjoyed my Presto Professional EverSharp for over 20 years. This is an indispensable tool in m opinion. I used to sharpen all my knives with a set of metal files and then a honing stone for maximum sharpness. But now for two decades I have found that this tool does an equal job in one tenth of the time.
