Did not like the nozzle
Worked right out of the box. Did not like the nozzle. Returned the product to the store and purchased a craftsman for a few dollars more. Happy with the craftsman Customer service associate told me that the extended service contract had to be refunded by calling t a phone number. I wish that could have been done in the store

Dont buy it.
I ordered the pressure washer and received it when they said it would arrive. Unfortunately once I unpacked it I noticed that it was missing the on/off knob. I contacted the customer service number in the instruction manual and the gentleman was unable to help me. He said their was no part number for the on/off knob in the illustrated parts break down.
