The pickup went well and the forklift driver was experienced and loaded me up correctly. I do have a question though. If I am picking up loose boards, not plywood, why do they have to make the stack 4 feet wide? The 4 foot stack only allows an inch of space between the wheel wells and makes lining up very iffy.

Self-tapping feature is exaggerated
I had hoped to avoid pre-drilling screw holes and thereby shorten the time to insert cedar pickets on a rails-and-bars metal fence. However, the screws did not penetrate the hollow metal rails in any reasonable time. Realistically, the screws simply serve to create a divot or indention in the rail that allows one to pre-drill the hole at the correct location.

I purchased one box to try and they worked perfectly for attaching sheets of plywood to metal framing. I then ordered the same product online and noticed they were the same item #, but a shinier silver color and not the gray. The new coating on them is bad on approximately 20% of the fasteners making it difficult to keep the bit in when installing.
