damaged mail box

I love this mailbox but can't seem to get one that doesn't have some kind of damage. One has painted chipped at the pull down handle. Ordered another, it has a bent corner and a chip of paint of the top back section. I've tried twice. For $60 I expect perfect. Guess I'll give up on this one and try something else. Also both boxes had been repacked, one with clear tape and one with Lowes tape. I could even see where there had been a previous address label on one package.

Lowes shipped goods known to be damaged

I ordered an architectural mailbox; it arrived in a damaged box and the mailbox door was bent. The box had been taped back together with LOWES tape, so when shipping it they knew it was damaged. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning it and buying another mailbox.

Reselling damaged item

Ordered and received the copper mailbox. It was not available in any store (Lowes or otherwise) I could find. It looks like a quality mailbox, but upon delivery, latch was severely bent and paint was chipped/missing. Returned to store. Came home to order another one and found "one available" at the store I just returned it to! I feel bad for the next person that gets the same damaged mailbox as "new". Disappointed. I will order it from somewhere else.

Arrived on time & packaged well. Due to weather haven’t been able to install. Hoping it will look great on our mailbox post.

Cute mailbox but damaged

I like the mailbox and size but the back corner and top are both bent and paint chipped.

Love the color. It will be placed on a black post. Purchased for my daughter and son In law
