Good light but one problem

I have next to a path where animals go by. The lights break where they screw into the part that goes into the ground. A collar above the threads would solve the problem since the threads weaken the tube at the point where they break.

Bought and installed 10 lights 3 posts broke

Looks good and work, for now. The posts are very weak. Broke one post while installing and two others broke by morning and not sure why (maybe dogs?). Called support number, posts are on back order and will take 8 weeks, your kidding?? Why not stock at the store based upon failure rates?

Poorly made. 50% failure after a year

I purchased 4 of these last summer to light a short path. The first thing I discovered was that the screw-down connectors don't work well with thicker low-voltage wire. Once installed, though, they were fine for a while and only two bulbs burned out after a year of nightly use. This year, two of the 4 have broken at the base where thee post meets the stake that sticks into the ground. Poor materials

The light is made out of very poor materials that not only break easily, the light parts do not go together good. The only thing good about the light is the connector.

You get what you pay for

Neither high or low quality. It provides exactly what you expect at a reasonable price. My problem is Lowes seems to be dropping the product so when I want to add to my yard lights I will not be able to. But overall I am happy with the product.

Thin metal post breaks

I have ten of these lights. My gardeners, my dog, kids soccer ball etc have all broken the metal post more than once and I stupidly keep replacing. Poor design

Perfect for lighting a sidewalk

They cast a soft beautiful light on our sidewalk path to the patio. Great price!

Love how they look in the garden

Some problem with the web site would not allow me to rate it beyond poor I was going to give it 5stars all around. Although we have only had it for a month so we have to see how they hold up through the winter and next summer, so I can not rate pros & cons . So far grate .
