Good for the price
Light charges well with a full days of sunlight and is decently bright when it turns on at dusk and stays mostly on through at least half the night from what I can tell.

They don't work
I purchased two lights. They have been in the yard for several days and have never lit up after dark. So disappointing. I got them at the garden center and they did not appear to be damaged when I bought them. Complete waste of money.
