The "Bread Boss"
Pit Boss should really consider making a version of this pot as a bread baker. By adding a simple cast iron handle, this pot becomes the "Bread Boss". The lid can be lifted with one hand simplifying removing the hot lid. It is heavy, but an EXCELLENT option for using as a bread oven provided a handle is added.
