Ridiculous! I have not received this product, nor did I order it. I ordered the color Winsome and it is not to be installed until next Friday. I sure hope the color is corrected before we have this major faux pas occur at our home…especially at the high price we paid for it!

The whole process is absolutely ridiculous. The disconnect from the store and the company that actually orders and installs the product is unacceptable. I’m still waiting for for the carpet to be installed. Lowes has lots of work to do.

The product is great but this review is wrong because we purchased Gleeful Buoyant BROWN, not grey. Installation was terrible person laid it incorrectly and a seam runs width of room instead on length.
