With such a high-energy lifestyle, hummingbirds need to eat constantly. Perky-Pet Ready-to-Use Red Hummingbird Nectar is made of 100% sucrose, so your hummingbirds get just the essential energy they need to thrive. Hummingbirds easily digest sucrose, so the energy is delivered faster than artificial nectar mixtures! They won’t be able to resist stopping for a drink! This concentrate makes feeding hummingbirds simple, just add water to create your desired amount of nectar. The bag makes up to 48 ounces of hummingbird nectar to keep you in good supply through many visits. There’s no need to boil it and our nectar requires no refrigeration, making storage a breeze! In addition, this nectar features a clear, non-staining formula so there’s no need to worry about drips or spills.

Simply mix powder with water – no boiling required
Made of 100% sucrose – an essential energy source for hummingbirds

What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise this hummingbird nectar concentrate for reliably attracting birds in large numbers, with many reporting immediate and sustained visits. Reviewers consistently highlight the ease of mixing—simply add water, no boiling required—and appreciate the convenience of storing powder versus bulky liquid bottles. The dye-free formula is specifically valued, with customers noting birds are equally attracted without artificial color. A small number report less effectiveness compared to other brands or incomplete dissolution, but most consider it an affordable, convenient alternative that delivers consistent results.
