Examine online & you might realize it’s broken
It was delivered with a part missing, snapped off and not with the mower. We didn’t realize this until we tried to use it. We bought it online so weren’t sure that the part was missing. The delivery guy didn’t say anything. Now we have to order the part in order to get it fixed and are not sure how long that will take. We will have to wait to see how we feel about the mower. Someone must have known it was broken and chose not to be honest and say something.

Better Than Expected!!!
I was very skeptical getting my first electric mower! but, this thing really surprised me. I had some extremely tall grass and weeds from weeks of neglect and it went through them like butter.

Does anyone know how or where to get a replacement charger for this mower? My husband left the other out in the rain, and now it doesn't work. I absolutely love this mower, but I can't use it.

Better than expected
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this mower for about 8 months now and I love it. I am in Fl so it came in handy pulling my trailer as I cleaned up after two hurricanes. I have about an acre of land and this mows the entire lawn with no problems and still has a charge left over. Love it.

It cuts very well, is easy to use, and the assembly was pretty straigntforward. (Others have mentioned that the instructions suck, but it's pretty straightforward regardless.) Now, the reasons I give it a 2 star review. 1. There is no bagger for it, and according to PRORun support, no 3rd party fits it. That is a huge negative. That means that I have to figure so...
