This brace is excellent for working on computer, whether in the office or at home. The plastic part of the wrist brace sits just perfectly between the inner BOTTOM part of the palm and the inner wrist (radial, median, and ulnar nerves). It helps with wrist tendonitis.

Does what’s advertised

Great Product . Provides more than enough stability, especially when lifting more than 22kg/50lbs.

Runs small

I got the small based on my wrist measurement and they are too small. It won't even close. Based on how it looks, L might work.

Recovering from a wrist operation in December '17 I'm in need of a support that restricts the bending up and down of the wrist but is comfortable to wear for long periods of time. This is the one! Work all day and no wrist pain at night; that's what the doctor ordered, FANTASTIC support!

It's been a long road back and I couldn't have accomplished my normal and extracurricular duties nearly as soon without my 4010 double strap wrist braces. I used to have to wrap my wrist in tape every day otherwise I wouldn't be able to do half the things I need to do on the job without my wrist killing me. When I got the wrist support I was skeptical about it but when I started using it I could work all day and my wrist didn't hurt at all during the day. I definitely will be using it every time I work from now on.
