Doesn't test for pesticides
Website clearly stated it would test for pesticides, but it doesn't. If you need to test for pesticides, do not buy this product.

Waste of money
Bought house with existing water softener. Its old and wanted to make sure it was working. Bought the test to test water hardness. Followed all directions and the test strip never even changed colors. What a waste of $20
Lowe’s doesn’t store these at the right temp
It clearly says must be stored below 80 F and I live in Florida so I’m thinking it definitely reached over 80 degrees unless it was shipped in a refrigerated truck. I received inconclusive results when I ran the tests. Nothing changed color that was supposed to change and the 5 in 1 test basically said I have great water which I know isn’t true. The pad indicating the hardness of the water was three different colors so that one definitely didn’t work. I wouldn’t buy this only because it’s kinda ...

It works well for a basic test
This water test kit works pretty well for a simple to use kit that can show you if your water is safe. Most of the tests can be completed in a matter of minutes and provide easy to read details. Only the Nitrate test was hard to read.
