EasyPOPUP Universal Ball Rod Assembly kit retrofits in most standard ball rod popup drains. The kit includes metal rod, ball rod nuts, gaskets, and three sizes of balls. The rod is made of long lasting metal with a threaded design to mount the ball and easily adjust it's distance. Also included are three ball rod nuts in gray, and chrome finishes. Installation is easy and requires no tools.

This "Universal Pop-Up Drain Repair Kit" was the perfect solution when replacing the rusted-out ball rod under my bathroom sink. The kit comes with three popular sizes of pivot balls and enough Teflon tape to seal the ball to the threaded rod.

Know that this last about 5 years

Does it work? Yes. But realize the short chrome rod that extends into the drain will rust entirely away and need replacement in 5-7 years. If you’re good with that…you’ll have no complaints.
