Exceeded expectations, great quality great price

Would Recommend

Assembly took a little time, but every piece was clearly labeled and the instructions were detailed, making the process easy to follow. The cushions are large, comfortable, and provide great support. The pair of chairs both rock and swivel smoothly, which adds to their comfort and versatility. The quality is excellent, and they feel very sturdy and well-made. We absolutely love this set and highly recommend!

Not bad, but assembly instructions are vague

Would Recommend

The patio set is comfortable and seems pretty durable. However, it was a bit tricky to put together due to the instructions being a bit vague and I had to disassemble portions of it several times.

Horrible Pick Up Experience

Would Recommend

The employees at the customer service counter were rude and not helpful at all. They had no intentions of assisting to get the large box to our vehicle and only gave us half of the order. When asked where the rest of the order was they said nothing and walked off from the counter. I love Lowe's and the pieces of patio furniture we did receive, but the employees are lazy and rude. Something needs to be done about the employees, as we were not the only people complaining that day.

great set for the price/ but pillows are flat

Would Recommend

this furniture set is lovely (ESPECIALLY the glider rockers) - however there are some "cons" : assembly is a challenge - we started with the couch but the instructions we had seemed "backwards" - once you got the couch assembled the glider/rocker chairs were actually easier to put together (HINT- you MUST have two people assemble) // the back cushions (loveseat & chairs) as well as the arm pillows (loveseat) are FLAT - due to the low back of the loveseat the back cushions are so flat you can f...
