Very disappointed
Not sure if the issue is with the guy who built them or with the product. He said the instructions were wrong and holes did not align but was able to put them together, but they are very stiff. Very hard to swivel or rock. Also doesn't really rock it's a glider but again very stiff. He said they will loosen eventually. This was the 1st time he'd put these type of chairs together. I wish they'd sent someone that was familiar with how these swivel chairs work. This was a present for my husband, ...

Nice comfy chairs
We like the chairs, smaller than our set bought a few years ago but very nice. Only problem was one arm was damaged and had to be replaced but Lowe's has been very helpful in getting a relacement as soon as possible.
