The description did not make it clear that it needs assembly. The assembly takes long time. It’s described as metal organizer while in reality only the rods are made of metals and everything else is plastic. I don’t recommend this item.

Says metal, but is metal/plastic, I ordered because I liked the idea idea of metal shoe rack, but I got disappointed when I received and see was plastic with metal pipe, I don’t like when a product is not describe the way it is, that’s cheating
