Purchase and p/up @ store to ensure good condition
Ordered originally 8/4/2025, after more than 2mo.of excuses & bad management & literally more than 3 different scheduled & confirmed/no-show deliveries. Order had to be refunded. I actually wanted this set &the matching chairs & table set so bad, like a _____ I reordered it. Decided NOT to pay for the assembly charge. Got it delivered opened it and it's badly damaged.
Disappointing Quality Control
I had ordered 2 other sets of patio furniture from this company through Lowes (barrel chairs and end table) so I was excited to get the matching sofa and coffee table. Upon unpacking the box, I discovered that there were no instructions and all of nuts/bolts were missing. Lowes could not help with this and I had to call the manufacturer. They were able to order me the necessary hardware. Still waiting for it to arrive. Disappointing that I have to wait an extra 10 days to enjoy the patio fu...
