Love the brass
I think the brass sprays in a better pattern - this is the reason I've been buying them. Think they are awesome
Brass heads do not spray consistently
Will be replacing the heads. Brass heads did not spray in an even pattern, creating puddles here and dry spots there. Terrible.
Great sprinkler for directional watering.
I like the brass head on this sprinkler. The plastic heads tend to fail after a few years. I expect this to last much longer.

Look nice
My 20 year old backyard sprinklers were sticking and had to be stepped on before mowing. I had rainbird 1800 is the front. But if I had my dogs out to play in the water one dog would bite the heads off. These sprinklers look nice. Seem to work ok. Hopefully my dogs won't chew the metal tops of of these.

There is no indication that product is more durable in operation than the product it replaced. The best life I have seen is about 10 years. However' it matches the original product that it is replacing close enough to minimize replacement difficulties. Replacement due to wear is a which is a certainty.
