Oatey Great Blue Pipe Joint Compound (31265) is a flexible, non-hardening thread sealant designed for reliable sealing and lubrication of metal and plastic pipe threads. The blue, non-separating paste is non-toxic, odorless, and cleans up easily. It is compatible with PVC, CPVC, ABS, polyethylene, polypropylene, iron, steel, copper and brass threads up to and including 2-inch. Rated to withstand up to 3,000 PSI on gases from -50F to +400F and up to 10,000 PSI on liquids from -50F to +500F, it is suitable for water, steam, natural gas, air lines, caustics and dilute acid applications. Each package contains 300 milliliters.
