This cement seems to be a little thicker than the other ones I have used from Oatey before which is a good thing in my opinion. The grey color is more attractive on pvc conduit, if that matters on an exposed job.

Great PVC cement! I always look for the worst case when evaluating an item. So, I tested the cement without using a primer (you should use primer), only coating one surface (you should coat both), and putting on the cement over wet pipe and joining the pipes wet (should be dry). Oatey is my chosen pipe glue

Used this glue for several projects. Had to repair the feeder pipe from the well. Worked great. I also used it for a s&d pipe, also great success. Oatey is the brand i go for any pipe project. Remember to always buy the amount you will use in a reasonable time. Over time it will thicken and become unusable. If there was one thing i dislike it is that the ball brush may be a bit too big, but depending on the pipe size it may be best.

A great PVC Glue

Great PVC cement

Oatey has always been my go to for plumbing cement. Just make sure you are buying the correct cement and size. This one is the industrial sized one and will probably last me lifetime:) Works great on gray PVC and havent had any issues with it. Amazing product from an amazing company.

This product is the best in its category. I don't do a lot of PVC bonding, but when I need to do it, it needs to work. This product more than fulfills its mission; clean, simple, always works, and the best one out there.
