manufacturing defect TWICE

I purchased this online for store pickup. Got it home and it had a manufacturing defect. There's a sharp line a few inches from the edge, around half the rug, and from the crease to the edge, the rug is a discolored. I returned it but they don't have it in stock so I had to order it again and request a price adjustment to still get the sale price. When it was ready I picked it up and got it home only to find the same defect. Either they sold me the same defective rug twice or there are multiple ...

My kitchen nook rug arrived. It was all that it said in the description and more! I needed a low pile rug because of the placement of my back door and this fit the bill. The colors are beautiful, although the different color grays in the rug take on slightly blue tone ( I was not expecting that). It still works.
