SureSoft - Fix Your Bags

I'm sure the salt will serve its function as salt is salt, but I handled three bags at my local Lowe's and every bag split at the glued seam on the back. This resulted in spillage of unsold product that a employee had to clean up. Luckily I realized the two bags that I selected had the same issue before setting them in the truck. When it comes to softener salt, the bag and handling means a lot. Just saying.

Every Bag Split

The product is good, but every bag split open while in storage no matter if they were laying flat or upright. The plastic is too thin, or the seams are defective. I am unsure if I want to purchase again based on this.

The assistance from Loewes employees is ideal.

I have a well so I use this product to buffer the hard well water. It conditions the water as well as protect pumps, pipes and tanks.

I will buy again

I was surprised how well the handle held up with it only being the sack itself, also the perforated tear-off corner to pour out the pellets actually worked.

Lowe's carries Iron Reduction water softening salts and they are difficult to find elsewhere. I wish the salts were in 25 lb bags because as a Senior Citizen who has trouble lifting 40 lb bags into a cart, get them into our vehicle, get them out of the vehicle when I get home and emptied into our water softener without hurting my back. 25 lb bags are much easier to handle.
