Noritz combi boiler piece of junk-
This unit has been nothing but trouble. We have had to call the dealer numerous times for repair and still not working properly. Error code after error code.

Space Saving and Money Saving wall mounted boiler
Nice, space-saving boiler. Not to mention much more efficient than the HeatMaker Boiler that it replaced. Was Covid trapped at home all winter much cheaper to operate.

Space Saver!
Love the space it created in the furnace room when the old one was removed. lots of hot water for household purposes + home heating system with water pipes. took a little adjustment by the installer to get everything 100% but Noritz tech assisted in resolving.

Great Unit
This was a great upgrade to our old oil boiler. The unit is very quiet, efficient and easy to use. We have had zero problems up to this point (10 months). We running one zone that is under floor radiant heat and one zone base board heat. We live in a very cold area of the US with a lot of wind and the unit had zero problem keeping the house at 68 degrees and still providing all the domestic hot work we demanded.

Winter Disconnections
Product often shuts off during cold weather. The intake pipe will freeze and cause blockage, which causes the unit to trip. This has happened multiple times throughout the winter.

Tankless water heater
We had the tankless water heater installed on Apr22/2020 and have been very pleased with it ever since. We both have been showering in different bathrooms at the same time and never ran out of warm water. I am sure our gas and power bills will be greatly reduced as there isn't 60 gals to keep hot at all times.

Developed odd noises after a couple months
It has mostly worked pretty well but has started making some loud clicking/clanking noises when cycling - which may be the 3-way valve according to the Noritz rep... a little disconcerting but so far hasnt affected functionality. Time will tell if this machine holds up.

How many bathrooms can it work with? Are 3 bathrooms ok if not using shower the same time? It says it can be be used outdoors but with a vent cap only? Is that ok I use it outside?
