The smooth nonstick interior helps reduce sticking and supports easier removal of finished foods.DesignBrilliant blue on the exterior and misty gray on the interior give the Big Sheet Pan its distinctive finish. The spacious format accommodates larger batches and family size recipes, while the lightweight aluminum construction makes the pan easy to handle. The fitted lid is designed specifically for the Big Sheet Pan, creating a coordinated two piece set for baking, storing, and transporting food.Storage and TransportThe included storage lid is made from Melamine free polypropylene plastic and fits securely over the Big Sheet Pan. Use the lid to cover cooled baked goods, prepared foods, and leftovers for convenient storage and transport. The covered pan can help simplify moving food from the kitchen to another location without transferring it to a separate storage container. The lid is intended for use with cooled food and is not oven safe.Care InstructionsThe Big Sheet Pan is oven safe up to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Hand washing is recommended to help preserve the nonstick coating and finish. Avoid metal utensils, scouring pads, and abrasive cleaners on the nonstick surface. The storage lid is not oven safe
