After several BBQ Sessions with this gadget, I can confirm it is working perfectly. But for getting best smoker results you need tu use the original Ninja pellets, other wise results may not be 100%

Fan is too noisy.
I purchased this product over a year ago, and I am extremely disappointed. The fan makes loud noises whenever I close the lid, and the cooking performance is far from what was promised. Instead of grilling, it basically boils the meat, and the taste is nowhere near chargrilled. I own other Ninja products that I’m very happy with, but this one has been a complete letdown. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I like that it’s electric and has grilling and air frying features in one. Small enough. to move around. Very durable… and don’t need propane canisters!

I purchased this product over a year ago. Very disappointed with the suggested temperatures and time lines. I have found that keeping the temperature on " low "regardless of the suggested temps for grilling will keep my food from burning up. Same for smoker guidelines-go down at least 1 temperature lower again to keep your food from becoming a crispy smoked piece of protein.

I was skeptical about a how an electric grill would work compared to my old propane one, but this one put my mind at ease. It’s very easy to use, clean, and move around. All of the stuff I have grilled and smoked have tasted better than anything I could get at a restaurant. My family is obsessed with this.
