For My Violin
This varnish applies easily and dries quickly. I waited longer than the recommended 30-60 minutes to apply the second coat and was a little startled to see it start to ‘crackle’, but it smoothed out to a beautiful finish.

Fantastic varnish
I've worked with wood for over 50 years and this is one of the very nicest varnishes, if not the best I have ever used. It dries in a short time and sheds water nicely after about an hour, leaving a little bit of a sheen. Smells wonderful during application and doesn't darken the wood any more than water would. It is thin so it penetrates well. Best of all, I don't have to use a respirator to apply it. Easy clean-up with rubbing alcohol. Highly recommend!!
