The plant looks bad

The plant arrived, but it looks dry with wilted leaves and dead leaves hanging on it. Some of the leaves have black spots all on them. One piece was broken off and both days since receiving it I been picking leaves off. It looks like a clearance plant.

The description reads 6 foot tree. Tree was put into a 5 foot box with 1 foot of broken limbs that were flowering to make it fit. So you guys couldn’t just put into a six foot box? So disappointed
