I purchased this around March 2025 but didn't get a change to install until October. This box was missing many parts. the 3" screws, the floor brackets, the spring thing. I'm glad I had my old door with some of these missing items and just needed the track. It was definitely a return item. Lowes should check for missing items on returns if they wish to sell them back again at full price. Very disappointed.

NO INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED!!!
Re; 391D N343-723, 48". Even though it states on the package that Instructions are Inside, NO INSTRUCTIONS ARE INCLUDED!!! Thanks a lot! There are some in very small print on the box, however, the white print on the gray background is harder to read than the black print. [Spanish & French.] Had not planned to have to waste time to search for instructions.

Often these inexpensive kits are junk and leave you wishing there was a better kit available... in this case I was thoroughly surprised with how happy I am with the quality. Yes its a cheap kit and made cheaply, but it works very well and I don't see any issues with the quality and design that you often see in value orientated kits.
